I'm Dipak Poudel.
Network & Systems Administrator
I’m a Network & Systems Administrator based in Sydney, working across Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking, cloud services and end-user infrastructure.
My work sits between technology and people: keeping services reliable, solving operational problems and making infrastructure easier to manage.
I started in hands-on IT support and progressed into broader systems and network administration. That experience connects the user’s desktop with the accounts, networks and services behind it.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Victoria University. I bring a practical approach to troubleshooting, clear documentation and collaboration, and continue to build my knowledge through project work.
